Services are performed by independent, licensed, and insured contractors certified under the Camelot Standard; Camelot Estates arranges, supervises, and documents that work and does not itself perform construction trades. Staffing services are provided in accordance with applicable employment agency laws. Security services are performed by firms licensed under New York security guard law.
Camelot Estates maintains commercial general liability and professional liability (errors & omissions) coverage, among other lines; certificates of insurance are available to members on request. Member homeowner's coverage and our coverage are complementary; neither replaces the other.
Response-time figures reflect measured medians published in our seasonal reports. Before-and-after photographs depict actual work performed for members, used with consent. Testimonials, when published, reflect real members' experiences, used with written permission and unconditioned on content. Some brand imagery is editorial placeholder photography, identified as such, pending our commissioned portfolio. "Sterling" is a digital concierge, not a person.
All prices as published in the current fee schedule; managed work carries a 12% coordination fee; materials at cost plus 10%. Prices are as of July 2026 and subject to the seasons.
