One point of control for everything your property requires — certified trades, supervised work, and a permanent record of the estate.
Camelot Estates is a private, bespoke concierge for the owners of beautiful, curated homes — the estates of Westchester, the Hamptons, Manhattan, and Connecticut, with South Florida to follow. One membership places a named estate manager, a certified bench of every trade a property requires, and a permanent digital record of your home under a single point of control.
The service is virtual, seamless, and quietly intelligent. Requests arrive by text, voice, or app and reach a person, not a queue — response times are measured and published quarterly. The professionals we certify, insurance-check, and score do the work on the ground. You experience none of the machinery. Only the outcome.
And we come to this honestly. Camelot Estates is the private-residence practice of Camelot Realty Group, managing New York property since 2006 — buildings, boards, and institutions that audit their standards, and clients who stay for decades because we treat their properties like our own. Now we bring that discipline to the suburbs, alongside the finest brokers, vendors, contractors, and alliance partners across the county and beyond. We would be delighted to meet you, walk your property, and hear what your beautiful home needs.
New Yorkers, managing for New Yorkers.
A significant home is a working operation. A dozen trades. Hundreds of tasks a year. Thousands of moving parts — boilers and gates, irrigation zones and alarm panels, gutters, generators, chimneys, pools. Most of it is run by the busiest person in the household, from a phone, between everything else.
The alternatives have always been imperfect: a full-time estate manager at six figures; a boutique firm selling its own hourly labor; a marketplace app that sells your address to strangers; or the phone, the spreadsheet, and the weekend. We are the fourth option — institutional property operations, the kind boards and banks audit, scaled to a single significant home, at a fraction of the cost of household payroll.
Market ranges reflect published industry rates, July 2026. Our fees are the ones in writing — see the Menu.
Tell your concierge anything, any channel, any hour. "The gate keypad is dead." "We leave Friday for two weeks." A person answers — response medians published quarterly.
A certified specialist, a firm price, your authorization. Nothing proceeds without it.
Scheduled, dispatched, access-controlled, photographed — before and after, on every job.
Work, photographs, invoice, warranty — filed permanently to your home's record.
You made one request. The estate did the rest.
Membership is limited by town — a fixed number of properties per area, so standards do not slip.

And when you sell, the record sells with the house. A documented estate is a more valuable estate.
The record is yours. If you ever leave, it leaves with you.
Behind every membership is CamelotOS — the operations platform our parent company built to run its New York portfolio — now tuned to a single significant home. It doesn't feel like software. It feels like a household that never forgets, never sleeps, and never needs reminding.
The technology has one job: to make the service feel effortless —
and one rule: a named human stands behind every promise it makes.
Temperature and humidity logged weekly.
Art handled, condition-reported, appraised.
Facilities kept; farrier and vet coordinated.
Staffing, valet — the house reset by morning.
When the estate needs people — not just trades — we find them, vet them to the same nine-point standard as everything else we certify, and guarantee them. By request, individually scoped, discreetly handled.
Every candidate carries the same certification file as every vendor.
Ask to see it.
The estate is where the life happens — so we are building alliances with the people who furnish the rest of it. Camelot membership will carry privileges across a curated circle of partners, anchored by our alliance with Select, the private membership network spanning thousands of brands worldwide, with its own concierge and members-only calendar.

Hotel clubs, private travel, marinas and charters — and the second home, watched while you're away.

Wineries and allocations; the best tables in Manhattan, the Hamptons, Westchester, and Connecticut.

Watch and jewelry houses, fine art and galleries, marque automobiles — acquisition, care, and quiet access.
Purposely curated, one introduction at a time — the outliers of high-end living, held to the same Standard as our trades:
We belong to the communities we serve. Camelot Estates is an active supporter of the AMRF Annual Charity Golf Outing at Hampshire Country Club in Mamaroneck, and of the schools, clubs, and institutions that make these towns worth living in. A portion of every founding membership is directed to local charitable partners.
Westchester — the county's most considered addresses: Scarsdale's Murray Hill, Heathcote and Fox Meadow; Bronxville's Lawrence Park; Rye, Harrison's Sterling Ridge and Purchase, Larchmont Manor, Mamaroneck's Orienta, and Chappaqua.
Connecticut — Greenwich first (Belle Haven, Round Hill, the backcountry), then Darien, New Canaan, Westport, Ridgefield, and Fairfield's finest streets as the certified bench extends.
Riverdale — Fieldston and Hudson Hill: estate streets twenty minutes from Midtown.
Manhattan — townhouses and significant residences, by arrangement through Camelot Realty Group.
The Hamptons — the whole South Fork, Westhampton and Quogue through Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Amagansett to Montauk: seasonal stewardship for the house by the ocean — openings, closings, storm watch, and the summer calendar.
We open one territory at a time, only when the certified vendor bench there meets the Camelot Standard.
Five territories, one standard — and one philosophy: houses of real value, cared for by people who live among them. In every territory we build strategic partnerships with the property managers, brokers, contractors, and service providers these towns already trust, because you cannot take care of a community’s homes without being part of the community.
Beginning with our own photography and aerial footage of Scarsdale — joined by editorial imagery until the commissioned portfolio is complete.

Our own footage over Quaker Ridge — colonials and Tudors on hedge-lined streets, the record kept.

Backcountry drives and columned manors behind stone walls, kept to the Standard.

The house by the ocean — opened in May, watched in winter, storm-ready always.

Balanced weekly, photographed always — the water as clear as the billing.

Every appliance on the inventory, every serial number on the record.

Custom drapery, considered light, and a household that runs quietly beneath it.

Keys in sealed custody, every entry logged — who, when, and why, on the record.

A member property: gravel court, boxwood, lawn edged to the stone — kept to the Standard.

Stone piers, lanterns lit, the court raked — the estate begins before the front door.

Pool open, garden full, furniture out — the season run from above and on the ground, all of it on the record.

Every lamp proven, every system commissioned — photographed the night the punch list closed.

Brick, arched glass, and a lawn scheduled for its spring renovation — on the record.

The lamppost on, the hedges clipped, the sky doing the rest — the streets we keep.

Stables kept, boxes arranged, the season's calendar handled — down to the divots.

Massage, recovery, and longevity practitioners — vetted, scheduled, at your door.

Birthdays, anniversaries, the summer party — chef, staff, music, valet. The house reset by morning.
David Goldoff — Founder, Camelot Estates · President, Camelot Realty Group
Camelot Estates is owned and backed by Camelot Realty Group — two decades of New York property operations — buildings, boards, and institutions, more than $240 million under management — with institutional accounting, compliance, and around-the-clock response, on our own operations platform, CamelotOS. We are not a marketplace. We operate properties. Yours, if you'll have us.

We work alongside the people our members already trust. Luxury agents give clients sixty days of stewardship as a closing gift — and get priority pre-listing coordination when the punch list is holding up the listing. Private bankers and family offices get one vetted answer for their clients' property questions, with discretion protocols in writing. Estate attorneys get continuity of care and fiduciary-grade documentation for properties held in trust.
The hardest part of a great house is everything after the closing. We make significant properties easy to buy, easy to own, and easier to sell — and make you the advisor who solved it.
Request the Partner BriefBrokers & advisors: referral commissions are paid once, in full, at signing — the numbers are in the Partner Brief. Trades: certification is free, and certified vendors receive member work all year — write to estates@camelot.nyc.
Behind every membership sits a bench most firms have to rent: counsel for the contracts, a CPA for the statements, an engineer for the structure, and — when the storm has come and gone — a public adjuster who works your claim on your side of the table.
And on the ground: strategic partnerships with local electricians, plumbers, landscapers, HVAC, roofers, security systems, and audio & media specialists — every one of them on the nine-point ledger.

David Goldoff has been walking buildings since 2000, when he learned the business at the side of his father, Barry, and his uncle, Robert — identical twins, lifelong partners, and hands-on owners whose New York real estate work dates back to the 1980s. Their houses were SoHo condominiums, Seaport lofts, and Chelsea walk-ups; their method was simpler than any brochure: think like an owner, negotiate with discipline, communicate directly, and keep your composure when the boiler doesn't.
He founded Camelot Realty Group in 2006 to carry that method forward, and has spent two decades building it into a platform — property management, brokerage, acquisitions, and owner representation, with more than $240 million in assets under management and recognition from REBNY and the RED Awards along the way. CamelotOS, the firm's operations platform, came from the same instinct: if a thing matters, it never gets forgotten.
And it begins at home. David has lived in Scarsdale for five and a half years — a resident first, an operator second. Camelot Estates starts here because its founder is a neighbor: someone who lives on these streets, owns here, and understands what these houses ask of the people who love them — because his asks the same. This is homeowners taking care of homeowners, with the same mentality, the same expectations, and the same stake in the town.
Scarsdale is first because it is ours. From here, the service extends to the affluent towns and neighborhoods around it — because the value we see here is real, and it travels. When members ask who stands behind the Standard, this is the answer: a neighbor, not an app; a family, not a fund.
Off the clock: golf (it runs in the family), the annual Camelot Cares outing for Golf for a Cure, and a forthcoming book — The Buff Businessman — on discipline, reinvention, and deal energy.
Then, if it suits — the Estate Audit: a ninety-minute, 120-point walkthrough of the property with your estate manager. You will know more about your home in one visit than you have learned in years.
