These are the working principles of every Camelot Estates membership. They are written to be read.
Camelot Estates LLC is a property-services coordination and estate-management company. We arrange, supervise, and document work performed by independent, licensed, and insured contractors certified under the Camelot Standard. We are the member's agent and point of control — not the performing contractor, not an insurer, and not a guarantor of third-party work.
The certification of every vendor we dispatch; supervision and photographic verification of the work; a permanent estate record; published pricing — membership dues, a single 12% coordination fee on managed work, and materials at cost plus 10% — on one monthly statement. Where vendor work is defective, our remedy is to coordinate its correction and pursue the vendor and the vendor's insurance on your behalf.
Accurate disclosure of the property's known hazards; homeowner's insurance kept in force; access granted under our written key-custody and entry-logging protocol; payment on the monthly statement.
All prices as published in the current fee schedule (the Menu). Estimates from vendors are the vendors' own. Memberships are month-to-month after the first year; on exit, members receive an export of their estate record.
We talk first. Unresolved disputes proceed to mediation and then arbitration in Westchester County under New York law. Our aggregate liability is capped as set out in the Membership Agreement; nothing limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
